1944 Born Jennifer Campbell, Bangalore, India.

1948 Moved to UK

1961 Harrogate School of Art, Pre Diploma.

1962-65 Sunderland College of Art, Diploma in Art & Design.

1966 Moved to Cornwall. Start exhibiting @ Penwith Gallery.

1968 Started working in partnership with Dai Vaughan on a series of Magic Mural paintings, which became animated with the play of coloured lights. Work on band and DJ backdrops culminated in 1972 in decorating Bumpers Discotheque, Piccadilly Circus, London, which at that time was the largest dance venue in Europe.

1973 Married Dai and moved to the Isle of Lewis.

1975 Set up Jenny Vaughan Knitwear, designing and making hand made garments, employing local ladies and using the local raw material….. Harris wool.

Founder member of An Lantair, and exhibit regularly

1980 onwards worked again using the Magic Mural technique in clubs on the mainland, followed by four years designing and painting trompe l’oeil rooms in private houses in and around London.

1985 Moved to Glasgow from the Isle of Lewis.
